Univ of Penn - #4 in 100 Best Places to Work in IT

Congrats to the University of Pennsylvania and all the lucky folks who work in IT there. The ComputerWorld 100 Best Places to Work in IT 2009 is out and UPenn ranks #4, having moved up the list from a respectable #6 in 2008.
